Participating in the One Box Pheasant Hunt is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Team applications are reviewed by committee and selected for participation based on several criteria. It is not uncommon for the One Box to receive more team applications for a given year than slots available. The One Box Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any application. 

Everyone hunting must also submit an individual application and supply a brief personal biography. Applications AND biographies must be submitted by the above application due date. After that date, teams will be only be considered if any slots remain available. 

The following instructions apply to both the applicant and the sponsor of the team. The sponsor shall:
  • Have each team member complete the online individual application and biography. Alternate PDF applications available on the Registration page.
  • Request a personalized check from each applicant for the full registration fee. This will help in determining the sincerity of each applicant. (*Prices subject to change due to meal/lodging price increase.)

Team Donation

Teams are requested to donate an auction item to benefit the One Box youth shooting sports program, the One Box Habitat program, the shooting club facility, and local scholarships. Items such as new guns, original art, and guided hunting trips are common. Normally teams donate items with a value $1000 to $5000. 


By submitting this application, the applicant consents to the use of his or her name and likeness for promotional purposes and dissemination of news information and press releases for the use and benefit of the Nebraska One Box Pheasant Hunt, Inc. and its related organizations.
